Let’s stay in touch

Let’s stay in touch! You’re in control of how you hear from CAP, whether you’d prefer to receive our email newsletters, some good old-fashioned post through your letterbox, or even a chat over the phone. Let us know what works best for you, by keeping your opt-in preferences up to date.

Watch this quick video from Geoffrey the frog to find out why it's so important you let us know how you'd prefer we kept in touch.

Expect inspirational client stories, exciting ways to get involved and all the latest news.

You’ll receive these, on average, once a fortnight, and it’s easy to unsubscribe at any time.

A friendly phone call from one of our head office team is a less frequent, but more personal, way to keep in touch.

You’ll get the chance to ask any questions you have about our work and we’ll be sure to tell you what your support is achieving, plus keep you posted on any CAP events happening near you.

For some of our supporters, an occasional text message is a great way to get mini updates on CAP’s work or receive reminders of anything you have requested information about.

Receive a letter from us every 1-2 months, featuring uplifting stories from our clients, plus details of our latest campaigns. Twice a year, we also send out copies of Lifted magazine, for a more in-depth look at what the local church is doing to change lives in the UK.
