While we try to make our comprehensive, free service available to everyone, sometimes this isn't possible. If you're unable to access our full service, then an alternative option is to download our self help pack. This simple guide will walk you through the process of getting yourself out of debt. The self help pack is also available for anyone who has chosen to deal with their debts through the Independent Option.

Community Money Advice
have free face to face money advice centres reaching anyone in need with quality advice from form filling to personal insolvency.
National Debtline
is a free, independent and confidential debt advice service run by the charity Money Advice Trust.
Citizens Advice
help people resolve their legal, money and other problems by providing free, independent and confidential advice.
MoneyHelper
(formerly The Money Advice Service) is an independent service set up by the Government to help people make the most of their money. They give free, unbiased money advice to everyone across the UK – online, over the phone and face to face.
