We are truly grateful for your support of our Christmas Appeal — it was the most generous response we have ever received.
As an encouragement to you, we wanted to share a snapshot of the lives that were changed over the Christmas period (between 16 November and 31 December). Behind these numbers are individuals and families who were truly impacted by the tireless work of our church partners and the generosity of our supporters.
254 clients went debt free!
1,139 face-to-face visits scheduled to provide free debt help
6,482 people called our helpline and received a message of hope
190 applications prepared (this covered things like debt relief orders, bankruptcies, grants and breathing space)
71 people received an emergency food shop
8 phone top ups allowed clients to make essential calls over the festive season
73 households received a fuel voucher*

Whoa! You’ve absolutely crushed it this winter! and I’m here to spill the tea on how, together, we have made a difference.
From putting food on the table to providing a warm home and a path out of debt, you’re making amazing things happen.
Get this, in just six weeks:
120 households received emergency aid – that’s families getting vital support when they need it right now.
No one should go hungry and you helped 71 families have food on their table thanks to an emergency grocery shop.
73 homes got their heating back on thanks to a fuel top-up! Keeping families warm and safe during the coldest winter months.
6,482 calls to our free helpline! That’s thousands of people taking the first step towards a brighter future.
And the best news? 254 people are now completely debt free!
