We’d love for you to see the great work that you are a part of, and the incredible impact we’re making together. It’s our 30th anniversary year, so expect lots of celebration as we honour our history, hear our future plans, and discuss how we can continue to collaborate over the next 30 years. (And as it’s a big birthday’, you can certainly expect cake!)

  • 11.00 — R’s story - How working with CAP transformed their life.
  • 11:05 - Fighting poverty in local communities. Jake Hutton, CAP’s Chief of Service Delivery in conversation with members of CAP’s debt advice and frontline teams, exploring the what, how, and why of CAP.

    • Financial Inclusion — Outworking the Strategy — A panel discussion chaired by Gareth McNab, UK Finance. Panel members are: Kirsty Good — Lloyds Banking Group, Raluca Covaci — We are Group, Olympia Brown — Turn2us and Juliette Flach — CAP.
    • Enhanced Support — How CAP is adapting our service according to our clients’ needs. Ella Betts, Enhanced Support Team Leader and team.

  • 13:45 — Keynote Speech (recording) — Martin Lewis CBE Founder and Chair of Money Saving Expert.
  • 14:00 — Client Report 2026 — Martin Cowles will share the key stats and findings from our 2026 30th anniversary client report.
  • 14:10 — Future thinking breakout session options:
    • Essential Bills — Innovation and how to help people entrenched in debt - A panel discussion on how we innovate and work together to help people struggling to pay their priority bills. Chaired by Andrew Lincoln, MaPS.     • Innovation and AI - Katie Smith — Head of Technology at CAP and Caroline Walton Chief of Staff at Inicio — Hear about how we are using AI to meet the needs of our clients and how we are innovating in the early intervention space via Centre-Led Money Guidance trials.

There is no on-site parking available at Jubilee House. If you are driving, there are several options nearby:

  • George Street Car Park (BD1 5AY): 4‑minute walk (£2.50 for the day).
  • Jacob Wells: 11-minute walk (£4 for the day).
  • Broadway Shopping Centre: 13-minute walk (£6 for 10 hours).
