Church and Community Transformation
Church and Community Transformation is a holistic, church-led approach to overcoming poverty. The CCT process – which involves facilitated workshops and long-term mentoring and support – equips churches to develop physical and spiritual tools to strengthen their churches and communities, and prayerfully discern how God is calling them to contribute to their communities’ flourishing.
CCT has given us a way to listen more closely to what our community’s needs, hopes and aspirations are. The congregation has enthusiastically embraced the work of CAP.
