Name your challenge

You can do something extraordinary to raise money for CAP to give freedom and hope to people living in poverty. Set yourself a target and then go for it.

  1. Decide on your event and let us know so we can support you and send you a free tshirt.
  2. Set your fundraising target.
  3. Create a BT MyDonate or JustGiving page and get friends and family to sponsor you.
  4. When it’s time to start doing your challenge, why not share what you are doing on Facebook or Twitter to help your fundraising?

If you raise
£187
you'll be funding a CAP Debt Counsellor for two days.

Please fill in the form below to let us know your ideas!
