Setting up your own fundraising page

So you’ve chosen your fundraising method of choice – take this opportunity to tell friends and family about the things that really matter to you!

It’s easy to set up an online fundraising page so that people can donate to a charity of your choice.

• To set up a JustGiving page, go to justgiving.com/start-fundraising. You’ll be asked to set up an account, and you can select Christians Against Poverty as the recipient charity, so that you don’t have to worry about collecting and sending the money – they’ll take care of it all for you.
• If you have a Facebook page, go to the ​‘Fundraisers’ page and click ‘+Raise Money’ to get started.
• You can set up a fundraiser through your Instagram account, by creating an Instagram post and selecting ​‘Add Fundraiser’ at the caption stage. Here’s a step by step guide to take you through the process.
