Transforming Lives for Good through its property venture Hope Park, will take over the building management of Christians Against Poverty’s headquarters ‘Jubilee House’ in Bradford.
This comes after CAP and Community Money Advice (CMA) announced earlier this year that they are uniting as a group to form the UK’s largest specialist community-based debt advice charity.
CAP Chief Executive, Stewart McCulloch, says:
This deal will save CAP vital funds which can be used to help us work with local churches to free even more families in crisis from unmanageable debt.

“We’re excited to be working much closer with our friends at Hope Park and TLG.
‘“Any surplus that Hope Park makes will fund TLG’s work with disadvantaged children. This is a true win, win, win property deal!”
Tim Morfin OBE, Founder & Chief Executive of TLG said; “As two national Christian ministries each founded in Bradford, TLG & CAP have championed each other for many years
At this time of struggle for so many people, I’m delighted that this partnership will release the resources to enable more local churches to bring help and hope to children and families
Tim Morfin OBE, Founder & Chief Executive of TLG
Hope Park Managing Director Michelle Johnson said; “We are delighted to take on the Facilities/Workspace Management of Jubilee House and deepen our partnership with CAP at such an important moment in its journey.
“At Hope Park Workspaces we believe buildings should be so much more than places of work. They should be platforms for impact.
This partnership demonstrates how organisations can work together to unlock greater social value, strengthen communities and direct more resources towards those who need them most!
