A breakdown of our annual report and accounts.

We’re committed to being transparent and open about how we use our supporters’ money. Every year, we produce a report demonstrating how we’re meeting our charitable objectives and how our finances are being distributed. The report includes a detailed look at our yearly accounts.

CAP through 2024–2025: an overview

During the year we made the bold decision to reshape our strategy and organisational model to respond effectively to the rapid shifts in our environment and the challenges we see ahead. We’ve continued the multi-year investment in redesigning our core debt service, which allows a more integrated client and church experience.

Those we support always come first, and we took nearly 77 calls each working day from new people reaching out for help. An average of 58 of those calls were from people needing specialist debt services. For them, the journey to transformation began. Incredibly, someone becomes debt free every working hour through our movement.

The real people behind the numbers

Behind every number in our annual report are real people whose lives are changing. Angela accessed the bespoke, church-based, whole-person, face-to-face support CAP provides and is now debt free.

Now, Angela says the local debt centre is like her second home. She volunteers as a befriender, visiting others receiving debt help, and finds purpose in sharing what she’s learned.

You’ll find Angela’s story along with many others in our 2024–2025 annual report.
