Behind every number is a life changed—thanks to you
When we say that 2,506 families and individuals became debt free, it means 2,506 lives were transformed and hope was restored. Behind every number is a person or family that’s been positively impacted by your generosity.
Meet Bea. She was drowning in unpaid bills and struggling with mental health problems. But one day, she saw a sign outside of her local church that read‘Hope’. That’s when Bea met Debt Coach, Barney, and discovered CAP’s holistic support that helped her step out of the darkness.
I’m the type of person that I think I should be carrying it all myself, but then I realised that we weren’t coping, and I didn’t know what else to do.
Your support helped Bea to become debt free and find hope again.
It’s like somebody was guiding me slowly. I’m also believing in God again, which has been a long time since I believed in it, and it’s good to know that it’s still there. It’s just this extra strength.
