Read our response to the Ministry of Justice enforcement regulation consultation
The Taking Control group (which CAP is a member of) has responded to the Ministry of Justice’s consultation on Enforcement Regulation. The response welcomes the consultation and the acknowledgement of the statutory regulation needed in this area. We recommend that the Enforcement Conduct Board (ECB) as best placed to deliver this and become the regulator.
