CAP has submitted our response to the Building Financial Capability consultation. We strongly support using Dormant Assets Fund money to give people in financially vulnerable situations access to trusted, face-to-face learning and locally-delivered support. But we also urge the Government to make sure this funding reaches under-served groups — like those who are socially isolated, digitally excluded, or already managing debt.
