Read our response to the Credit Union (Modernisation and Reform) consultation. 

CAP supports any measures that assist with the issue of financial inclusion for people in Northern Ireland. While we would need to see much more detail about what is intended or proposed, at this time CAP feels that credit unions should not receive special exemptions or positions when it comes to insolvency cases.
