Every year, the CAP team helps more than 2,500 clients to become debt free and we’re delighted to be walking with you on this journey! We’ve put this information together as a guide to your journey out of debt. It will explain the different routes you can take and seek to answer any questions you may have. CAP Debt Management Plan

The aim of your CAP Debt Management Plan is to allow you to live within your means as you make manageable payments towards your debts. If you’re not happy with any part of your budget please talk to us so we can sort things out. We want you to be comfortable with your budget so that this solution works for you and your debt situation doesn’t get worse.

Bankruptcy

Bankruptcy isn’t as scary as it seems. It can be an important step on your journey to becoming debt free, so why don't we take a look at what's involved?

DRO

You might not have heard of a Debt Relief Order (DRO) but it could be part of your journey to becoming debt free. Let’s see if this could work for you.
