CAP contributes to Wagestream’s Financial Wellbeing report 2022

Wagestream. The state of financial wellbeing. the UK workplace report 2022

CAP has contributed to financial wellbeing platform Wagestream’s new report The State of Financial Wellbeing — The UK Workplace Report 2022. The report explores the crucial role that employers can have in improving financial wellbeing across the UK workforce. The report includes a quote from CAP’s CEO Paula Stringer, who helps to provide insight into why employees may be reluctant to talk about personal finances in the workplace: The stigma and shame people feel about not being able to provide for their family, or being in debt is huge. It means that on average the people we support have delayed getting help for two years or more.’
