Christians Against Poverty’s (CAP) has provided feedback on the ECB’s draft standards for enforcement work. CAP calls for stronger statutory powers, comprehensive training on vulnerability, more transparent sanctions, and improved communication with vulnerable individuals. As well as the importance of accessible complaint processes and consistent enforcement standards across all agencies.
