CAP has submitted our response to the Financial Conduct Authority’s (FCA) consultation on strengthening protections for borrowers in financial difficulty.

In a time of economic pressure on households, CAP welcomes the FCA reviewing and amending its rules to ensure that borrowers in financial difficulty are protected.
