CAP welcome many elements of the proposals being putting forward around the regulations of enforcement agents and High Court Enforcement Officers and the moves towards improving the experiences that people in debt face. However CAP has offered further recommendations, encouragement and proposals to the Ministry of Justice to ensure the experiences of people in debt are considered and adequately catered for.
