CAP responds to the Financial Conduct Authority's Discussion Paper on Artificial Intelligence

CAP has responded to the Financial Conduct Authority’s (FCA) Discussion Paper on Artificial Intelligence. In our response we call for better regulation to ensure that consumers who are susceptible to harm are protected from the risks of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning, whilst also making sure firms are including these same people in the market, offering the same service and products.
