CAP responds to the National Policy Forum Consultation: A future where families come first

Children playing with toy blocks

CAP has submitted written evidence to feed into how the Labour Party can tackle child poverty in the UK.

CAP see the focus on early years, childcare, employment support and housing as opportunities to tackle the drivers of poverty that families experience and reduce the impact that this may have on persistent poverty. CAP encourages the Labour Party to explore the range of ideas suggested to identify the value that these could bring to creating a society where people can survive as well as thrive.
