CAP responds to the Utility Regulator in Northern Ireland's consultation

CAP has responded to the Utility Regulator in Northern Ireland’s consultation on Energy supplier customer service levels’. In our response, CAP welcomed the requirement to ensure communications channels remained accessible, calling for suppliers to design their services in a simple and accessible way. CAP encouraged suppliers to build trust with customers, so that engagement levels might remain if customers fall into financial difficulty.
