CAP sends letter to the new Chancellor calling for cost of living support

CAP’s CEO Paula Stringer wrote a letter to the Chancellor expressing her concern around the plight that so many CAP clients are facing. 

As the UK awaited to hear who the new Prime Minister would be, CAP’s CEO Paula Stringer wrote a letter to the Chancellor expressing her concern around the plight that so many CAP clients are facing. As well as highlighting the difficulties faced by low income households around the UK during the cost of living crisis, Paula called for a number of policy reforms, including reform around benefit debt deductions.
